- Pressure Cooker Instant Pot
Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken drumsticks
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic
- 11/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 cup water
Instructions
- Cover raw chicken legs with all spices, Italian seasoning, paprika, garlic, salt, pepper.
- Add olive oil and butter to frying pan and saute the chicken legs on medium heat for 5-8 minutes or until browned.
- Remove chicken from pan and place in Instant Pot. Pressure cook for 10 minutes.
